Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from The Taibah Label.

A store credit may be offered for unworn, undamaged items in their original condition, with all tags attached, within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please contact us at support@taibahlabel.com.au within this timeframe. Once your return is approved, instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

This policy operates in line with Australian Consumer Law, and does not limit your rights in relation to faulty or misrepresented goods.
